We do not process or store any payment details. All transactions are securely handled by the relevant platform (Apple, Google) or the venue.
What we access: The app may access your device’s location (precise GPS and/or approximate network-based location) to deliver features you choose to enable.
Why we access it (purpose): (i) to automatically play the relevant video when you arrive at a location you configured; and (ii) to send you a notification when you enter or approach a saved location; and (iii) to collect anonymous, approximate location events that help us understand which areas and points of interest are popular and improve the app.
How it works: Geofences are created on your device for locations you select. When the device reports that you are near one of these locations, the app triggers the video or notification. The app may periodically send an approximate location event that is not linked to your identity.
Processing & retention: Location signals for features are processed on-device to determine proximity. For analytics, we collect only de-identified, approximate location events used in aggregate and retain them for up to 12 months before deletion or further aggregation. We do not create a personal location history.
Background access: If you enable notifications for saved places, the app may access location in the background to detect when you enter/leave those areas. Background collection may also record anonymous, approximate location events. You can turn this off at any time in your device settings or by disabling these features in the app.
Sharing: We do not share your location with third parties.
User controls: You can grant, deny, or revoke location permission in your device settings at any time. If permission is denied, location-based features will not function.
We recommend downloading video content over a Wi-Fi connection or when using free data networks offered by venues or tours.
Please note: Downloading videos over mobile data may incur charges if you exceed your mobile data plan. We are not responsible for any such charges.
